Silver Sneakers - A variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.  

Spinning - Spinning is a high intensity cardiovascular class on a stationary bike. Intensity ranges can be controlled per participant. Various sequences will challenge your strength and endurance.

Boot Camp - This class combines cardio and plyometric high intensity interval training for the ultimate workout.

Yoga - An ancient series of breathing techniques and postures for developing flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. Various styles (Ashtanga, Hatha) are offered.

Zumba - A patented class format offered through Zumba fitness that combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.

Power Sculpt - Our Power Sculpt Fitness class delivers an affordable, efficient, and fun workout designed to burn calories, increase metabolism, and create a strong, long, lean fit body.

Chair Yoga - This class is relaxing and welcoming. Come enjoy stretching and strengthening yoga poses with the support of a chair for balance and stability. Includes breathing awareness and mindful meditation.

Country Heat - Easy-to-follow , completely exhilarating, country dance inspired workout! Low impact, high-energy dance class set to the hottest country hits. You’ll have so much fun moving, stepping, clapping, stomping, and laughing. You’ll burn mega calories while toning your body from head to toe. 

Stretch & Flex - A yoga style warm on yoga mats with 30 min of body resistance exercise for strength and flexibility. Then ending with a yoga style cool down. Great for core and flexibility.

Gyrokinesis - A movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

Step Aerobics - A classic cardio workout using a platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
