Step and Weights Tone / Glutes and Guts - This class can benefit all. It combines low impact step moves with and light weights and toning exercises. This allows you to get stronger and more defined in your lower body and stomach. Various types of equipment and free weights will be used.

Pilates - A system of physical conditioning involved low-impact exercises and moves that often involve using only one legs and core, can be performed in specialized equipment like a ball and bender ball. Pilates can help to heal most back injuries and help the body to bio mechanically age gracefully.

Spinning - Spinning is a high intensity cardiovascular class on a stationary bike. Intensity ranges can be controlled per participant. Various sequences will challenge your strength and endurance.

Boot Camp - This class combines cardio and pylometric high intensity interval training for the ultimate workout.

Yoga - An ancient series of breathing techniques and postures for developing flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. Various styles (Ashtanga, Hatha) are offered.

Zumba - A patented class format offered through Zumba fitness that combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.

Hip Hop - With energetic hip-hop music incorporated, this class brings you a workout using a focus point method and a core base method.

Power Sculpt - Our Power Sculpt Fitness class delivers an affordable, efficient, and fun workout designed to burn calories, increase metabolism, and create a strong, long, lean fit body.

Chair Yoga - This class is relaxing and welcoming. Come enjoy stretching and strengthening yoga poses with the support of a chair for balance and stability. lncludes breathing awareness and mindful meditation.
